I wouldn't get a salsa - no brass bush - very gritty action and alloy wearing on mine.
I'd go Hope, or maybe even specialized.
Surprising how irritating a little thing like that can be.
If you're serious about quality only Chromag will do. Haven't seen anything better on the market even from posher brands. Fact.
+1 for chromag. I've 2 bikes with Hope and 1 with Chromag at it is better imo. Tighter, smoother, no creaking etc.
