I got shimano m575's on my bike, I bleed them due them feeling soft. Now they moan like hell when braking.
Any ideas?

You probably got some oil on the pads/rotor when you bled them.
Clean the rotor thoroughly, you could try sanding the pads, or replace.

i used brake disk cleaner to try stop it to no avail

do the above and stick the pads in the oven at 180c for a few minutes. should burn off any oil. never use disc brake cleaner with the pads in. It just causes oil to migrate from the calliper to the pad surface
