I'm hoping someone could shed some light on a small query I have about the Brain I have on my Specialized Epic. I've had my 2012 Epic for 15 months now (and love it!) and a few months ago I sent off the Futureshock and Brain assembly to the shop I purchased the bike from for its annual service. When I got it back I put it back on the bike and all seemed well except the brain rattles (sounds just like a tipp ex pen) and its very irritating especially on rocky trails. The frame seems to extenuate the rattling making it louder.
I was sure it never used to do that so I sent it back to the shop again to go back (to mojo). It's now returned back to me but it still rattles!
Am I kidding myself that it never used to rattle? Does anyone elses rattle? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Never had a rattle in mine. Just check it's not the hose on the frame before you send it back again..
