who would care to show a lardy northerner around your hallowed trails? (TBH - been once, on the Seb Robers course but I was less fit* and carrying too much camera gear...)
MrsMM and I are staying in Taunton for a couple of weeks as of the 13th and I've got my pass stamped to
A. Take my bike.
B. Get out with The Locals at some point - if The Locals will have me!

edit *this does not mean I am now fit - you will not have to indulge in 'riding the legs off the northerner - they'll readily fall off of their own accord 😉
I would have shown you around but getting eyes corrected so will be out of action. Get a map and head for Stert combe, Bicknoller combe, weacombe combe, slaughterhouse combe, also descent opposite dead women's ditch (theirs 2, one on left is straighter and on the right is twistier through the trees) also stuff over in the great wood. You want to keep bumping this thread as some one should pick your request up, your mainly looking for Sharkis services if he is in the area.

No worries Chris, If all goes well I will be able to see where I'm going wrong just that little bit sooner! Hopefully you get shown round because the riding is top notch and their is loads of great descents/trails on those small hills.
