Sent for these last week which show as one cable per packet on the site
When they arrived there are 2 cables in the packet, so thats a pound a cable which seems cheap?

I got some too.
If you get / need the clarks 55mm road brake pads you get two pairs of blocks & 1 pair of carriers for £8.99
