Bristol-based cycling charity Life Cycle UK is hosting an evening with adventurer, author and world-record breaker Dave Cornthwaite on Thursday 19th September.

Dave is best known for his Expedition1000 project; twenty five journeys of at least 1000 miles in length, each one using a different method of non-motorised transport. Journeys completed to date include: a 1000 mile swim down the Missouri, skateboarding across Australia, Stand Up Paddleboarding the Mississippi, cycling a tandem from Vancouver to Vegas and a Bikecar from Memphis to Miami!

Recently returned from a 1,700 mile expedition around Europe by elliptical bicycle and having just published his third book to rave reviews, Dave is an inspiring and energising speaker so please join us on Thursday 19th September, 7:30pm at the Hen& Chicken, Southville, Bristol as Dave encourages us all to 'Say Yes More!'

Tickets are just £5 if booked in advance and available to book online now via the Life Cycle website. All proceeds will go towards supporting Life Cycle's inclusive cycling projects.

"Spend an evening with Dave and you might just end up living life a little more adventurously. You have been warned!" - Belinda Kirk, Founder, Explorers Connect

"Dave Cornthwaite is the most tenacious adventurer in the world right now. He is constantly pushing forwards." - Tim Moss, Author of How to Get To The North Pole

Please come along and support this great cause - and tell all your outdoorsy friends!
