Just noticed these in a Planet X newsletter.

Roughcut Sweeps, Black £349, White £299

Have been running a set for a year now - decent forks imo.

They've got some cheapish Recons & Sektors too.

Seen those sweeps and understand they could be internally adjusted down to 140mm travel which is what I’m after - but I want a black fork and on principle I won’t pay an extra £50 over the white one for the same fork! Hoping for some Black Friday deals.....

aesthetics are expensive!

Their aero TT lid which the Mrs races in was amazing VFM at £50. If you can stomach a blue one then theyre trying to shift them fro £25! Nuts!

They can, you'll need some tools such as a little pin spanner and some punches. Helpful to have a vice, too.

Finally. Been there since yesterday lunchtime. Wondered when someone would spot them.

Nope.
X-Fusion McQueens are the boost version.

Can the travel on these be changed to 130?

Yes. Some of them can be changed in 10mm increments, in the others you drop them to 140 and use a 10mm spacer as well. I think the Fox ones fit.

Online docs seem to suggest it can be set at 120, 140 or 160

You can set travel at 20mm increments by moving a pin and another 10mm with an additional spacer. Fiddly but mostly straightforward.

It's a simple job to swap the travel, the only extra tool you need is the pin spanner. A small socket can be used knock the rebound shaft back into the fork and I used the wrong end of an old 5mm drill bit to knock out the travel adjust pin.

As BWD said, you'll need a 10mm spacer if you want to go to 130

There's a good video of how to do it on youtube.
