The BC 10% is for cycling goods only these days so you shouldn't get it on 'workshop and tools'. Give it a go and you may get lucky but I wouldn't rely on it

Unless you have a another membership like English Heritage/NHS etc.
Depends if you speak to a happy or a miserable staff member lol.
