Thanks for this!

Also see they're opening a store in Guildford which is good news/bad news for the wallet. The website is thin on details other than staff recruitment - anyone know any more on it?

From the recruitment page

opening in a secret location somewhere around the Guildford area

being right on the doorstep of the Surrey Hills and a stones throw from the beautiful South Downs made this an exciting opportunity.

How exciting.

Guildford's been on the cards for a while. It was going to be early summer. I wonder whether the delays and the secrecy on the location are because they've not found where to put it yet?

Oh this is bad.  A GX transmitter with a Revelation upfront comes in at £1274.

Damnit. Just as I am considering going for a gravel bike. Camino in Chilli or Tarmac?

Good news but slightly disappointed it wasn't Dorking as i thought id heard that rumour...shame, thought the shop left empty by Edinburgh Woollen Mill would have been perfect

Tell me about it.

I've been trying to convince myself I don't need a Solaris Max frame to build up but now the Signal Ti is in a similar price range now with the discount!

Dodged a bike although it was tempting but ended up with a couple of things I was debating.
I would blame gnusmas for my weakness in spending money but not long after this was posted I got the same leaflet through my door.

I’ve looked at the Signal Ti. Bargain, but really can’t justify it at the moment

Has anyone tried their rhythm cycling shorts? Are they worth buying?

https://www.alpkit.com/products/rhythm-bib-shorts-mens

I'm off to the lake district this weekend.

Thanks

Ta. That's a Camino Al ordered as a, potential modern replacement for my recently shortened 1980's 531c touring frame. We'll see, might end up in the big pile of bikes that don't get ridden much 😉

Typical, I spot this less than 24hrs after the offer expires, as I return from a weekend camping trip with a long list of things I need, well want, to buy.

Bah. Enjoy your discounted kit. 😉

TDog this very magazine did a test a while back with three titanium hardtail, sonder and kingdom being two of them. Think the sonder is more of an all rounder.
