I'm continually having problems when I try to take up the chain slack on my Niner SIR single speed. The EBB seems to be very stiff especially on the non drive side. The chain ring side is alot easier to free up but the opposite side is very hard to free up to be able to turn to take up the slack. Any body got any help or advice the could offer me pls???

Take apart the bottom bracket, take the plumbers tape off that they advise and smother it in copper slip instead.
