Do most people breathe in through their nose or mouth when training?
I have what everone calls a 'Testers cough' but I don't cough if I suck in through my nose. Thinking about getting some of those nasal strips.

I try to always breathe through my nose, until the terrain goes up then nose, mouth and ar$e.
