if there's no play in your headset - you must have got the right crown race.

Oddly enough, I did have to specify a particular kind of crown-race when I ordered it, the headset I wanted didn't come with the crown-race I wanted.

Some crown races come without headsets I believe.

Did we work out a probability quotient of with / without? Is there any correlation with the manufacturer? Who won the Clown Race? There's plenty of mileage in this yet.
