That Cinelli wins the thread.
The drive side chain stay on that Allied??? Arghhhh my eyes!
I really like that, just wish it was both sides! I love elevated chain stays.
I think the problem here is the use of the word “pretty” and maybe should have been “good looking for a gravel bike”
Nope, my thread, my rules. I wanted to see bikes that are a pleasure to own because of how they look rather than simply nice looking bikes. Vast majority posted are good looking, very few are pretty.
The Cinelli is heading towards pretty for sure.
One of the original Adventure/Gravel bikes and still going strong.

Not mine, but I have one of these

Its not technically a gravel bike, but I like it!
Its a 2014 Genesis Fugio which i got off here about 18 months ago. I've "raced" on it at Big Dog and done plenty of roadish/SDW miles too. Really comfy, so I sold my actual road bike with the thought I would put on skinny tyres if I ever needed to, but not actually got round to it yet. Its got actual CX tyres on it now
Nope, my thread, my rules.
Maybe you should have put some rules in 'your' thread to help as looks like the thread is just a mess of very unpretty bikes on the whole, most of which are the owners own, eye of the beholder indeed.

I will stay out of it and leave you all to it so you can stay positive.

?

Nah mate, not going to worry about it. I wouldn't if I were you either.
the thread is just a mess of very unpretty bikes on the whole
I've liked nearly all of them
most of which are the owners own
What do you think the point of the thread is? It's to let everyone show off their beloved bikes. Let people enjoy things.
I have a canyon grail on order, and this thread had definitely guided me to make a decision on aesthetics, and dump the tan walls as soon as i get it, There isn't a single bike on this thread with tan wall tyres that wouldn't be improved by having basic black tyres, the tan walls just look shitty and out of place.

I quite like the Cotic Escapade in mercury. Except the SRAM levers look awful...
Yeah, that's nice.

I don't know what the point of the thread is as the rules were not laid out but from the look of it it is a thread for owners to show their ugly bikes.
I promise I will leave you all to it this time to save my own eyes.
That Cotic is nice. I find the slightly unusual seatstay/seattube arrangement slightly jarring but there must be a reason for it.
I believe as per STW rules I'm obliged to point out that your wall needs painting and skinwalls are verboten. Otherwise very nice
Actually it’s not my bike or house so I’m off the hook! My house has just been renovated so is in a right state to be honest and my gravel bike can’t be described as pretty either...
The Cotic has a wishbone for the stays so that may explain odd look but from other angles looks good.

Yeah all their hardtails do as well. There must be a reason but I've never found the answer. I think on-one used to do it as well.
The Light Blue Darwin in the Silver colour is very similar and a bp nice looking bike. I'd post a pic but I have never successfully managed to do it. Google it though.
Which Marin are you on?
Rasta coloured Four Corners Elite. It's no looker but has been a cheap entry in to the gravel bike world.

Nice review on the Radavist of this one, commenting mainly on its smoothness...Ritchey Steel Outback yummm... Would. Interestingly has angles almost identical to the NORBA geometry of old, so pretty sure I'd like it.

I must admit, that outback does have a certain appeal - enough to make me consider a steel bike.
Outback does look great and ideal for me BUT it has a cable on the top of the toptube ffs.
Mines pretty

Pretty ugly!!
You're all wrong (you're not, you're all absolutely right) this Shand Stooshie with gates belt drive and Lauf forks is pretty:
Actually, the Shand Flickr website is overflowing with pretty gravel bikes https://www.flickr.com/photos/shandcycles/albums/. I may be biased, having just ordered a frame for myself.
Gonna throw my hat in the ring...
And

Christ, it’s all gone a bit readers wives!
Wasn’t it Arsene Wenger who said “everyone thinks they have the prettiest wife at home”
The prettiest of them all is from 1993:

Like that Steve.

Dear god no. Frame is ok, most things hanging from it are fugly.
As an aside my mate (bike shop owner) does a roaring trade converting belt drives to chain as the parts for belt drives (gates) are horrifically expensive.
Mainly G-tech bikes he does 🙂
Can't believe nobody's posted Tang's Ted James yet...

OK so the pink bits may not be to many people's taste (nor mine to be honest), but everything else about the bike is just so right! 👌🏻
How do SRAM / Shimano sleep at night knowing their designs need so much cable loop for the rear mech?
That Ted James needs better routing or different coloured housing to hide the monstrosity.

They sleep in their Di2 and AXS beds....
Sounds like a bike geek Christmas Cracker joke!
@beefy - what is that rack? I am looking for a narrow / low profile / light rack for occasional use.
The narrow one's I have seen all seem to say really narrow - like 25mm tyre width. I am after skinny rack to use with 45mm guards and 38mm tyres.
Just a heads up that Halfords did have a limited number of small frame Boardman ADV 9.0s in stock when I was browsing last night, to go with the large that's been available since launch. Shocked looking at the geo and the supplied 80mm stem, that they reckon the small fits someone like me at 5'10" and stumpy legs!

Awww fanks
@beefy - thank you. Do you know what width of mudguard it is clearing~?
Back looking at the Nordest having sold my Marin and notice EU postage is included but UK is 89 euros extra. Thanks brexit. 🙁
