Whats the easiest, best value way to send a bike in the UK?

Pacelforce 48 hour service is good. Maybe a little more expensive but tracked and signed for.
If sending a bike sold on ebay always use a signed for service as the buyer can deny ever recieving it, leaving you out of pocket and missing a bike!

Get a price from Gwizz couriers too. http://www.gwizzcouriers.co.uk/
They have been the most competitive for me and offer insurance for very little extra cost.
