Yes
are they comfy enough for all day riding?
Yup
do they rub/bunch up?
No
is the sizing pretty accurate?
Yes although they are on the short side if you have long powerful sinewy legs like me

The VPD is a bit stiff until it warms up which can take quite some time in the current conditions and although it works well enough it holds on to moisture on hot days

They're good but not knee pad nirvana

Think mine are VPD 2.0s. Certainly say POC on them...

Comfy - yes, although from long experience, I wear thin knee warmers underneath, as it stops any rub, and it means when you go over the bars and end up sliding down the trail on your face and the top of the pads scoops up loads of gravel, it doesn't hurt so much. I've happily done 7 or 8 hour rides in them.

Sizing - I got mine about 4th hand off the classifieds here, as they were supposed to be a medium, and didn't fit all the people who thought they had medium legs. They work lovely on my matchsticks though! (and each time they were resold they got cheaper)

I have a pair of mediums I'm returning (brand new) bought in the sale. Yours for £50 if you want them?

cheers folks,

I'm not massively bothered about too much/little protection as long as there is something to help if you crash, I acutally prefer the minimalist ones with less padding but open to anything that's comfy and can be ridden all day

sizing seems tricky then, ive got skimpy legs and found most others all fall down on me, maybe the small poc may actually fit then!

wrecker, how come your selling if you don't mind me asking?

Quite like them (used to have the 661's and Fox and found these prone to slipping)

They don't bunch up and pretty much stay put. Though have not had a warp speed crash as I have on the above two where both slipped.

Used them for long days in the saddle as well.

I use an XL and they fit well.

Quality is very good especially the elasticity of the velcro strap which seems to be holding out much longer than the other two.

I had a pair but I could not get on with them as they rubbed really badly on the top of my knee, I think it was a combination of my leg shape and some coarse stitching. Don't get me wrong they were lovely pads and very well made, just didn't suit me. and my knobbly knees!

I went for Sweet protection Bearsuit light ones in the end. These suit me much better but both pads have ripped at the stitching on the velcro strap and as I got them on ebay I have no comeback!

cool, getting them very cheap new (well over half price), so worth a punt I guess, will get to try them first at least

poc helmets are well made and comfy so I'm kinda hoping for more of the same

rubbing behind the knee is what worries me, most seem to do it in exactly the same place on the inside of each leg

Bit too small for me. Stupid for buying them really, I'm a large in everything. It was just too good a deal I suppose!

I have the vpd air knee pads which are very comfy and stand up well on the few not to big offs that ive had so maybe look at those also

although tbf if you are medium and like the vpd's then wrecker is your man

No probs OW. They are all packaged up with the returns note at the moment so I can hold off sending them back.
