Hi all,
Me & a mate are looking to do a couple of days of mountain biking in the Bulgarian mountains in June. Can anyone recommend any routes or cycle hire companies?
As always any info or recommendations are much appreciated 🙂

There's a bike park with uplift at
Pamporova which was good & fairly certain that there's a guiding company near Varna but can't rem the name, Google may help with that.
I've been twice with mtb Bulgaria but they're more Borovets/ Bankso area

i cant comment on MTBs but Bansko was a nice town, quiet in summer, you can get the train to plovdiv, it was a few quid, 10 years back when i went.. i can recommend veliko tarnovo for a few days.

Have emailed mtb Bulgaria, om their website it says they are not doing any tours at all this year due to personal circumstances.
oh and varna is great, checkout the happy bar and grill restaurants, even my wife was perving at some of the sexiest, prettiest and friendliest waitress staff you'll ever meet :0)
