i have a nearly new Nukeproof scout comp with nukeproof generator wheels but the front hubs keeps getting play in it. The bike shop tightened it up once some how but it looks like a regular problem so would be good to know how to do it myself??

Is it worn bearings perhaps?

^That's what I think, had a look at a friends a few weeks back as he had play in his front wheel, pretty sure there's no preload, just screw on end caps that look like preload but aren't.

IIRC they use weird size bearings if they need replacing, easy enough to get from a bearing place but most LBS won't have them.
