I was bleeding air from my Pike damper after noticing the rebound wasnt working properly. When I came to the point of pressurising the bladder with 3wt oil, I noticed it was leaking out at the bottom of the bladder where it joins the coupler. That would also explain why there was a lot of oil in the lowers and I wasnt getting full travel.
I cant tell if there is a split in the bladder, or an issue where it joins the coupler, and no idea if this can be serviced / fixed, or if this means a new damper assembly. I've removed the damper shaft and cartridge tube , but that still doesnt help me see how the rubber bladder is connected to the coupler.
I'll call TFT monday otherwise.
cheers
OK - so worst case is a new bladder assembly

Defo not serviceable. I had s similar thing and Sram replaced it FOC as it was within in warranty
Defo not serviceable
The damper is fully serviceable.
Plenty of videos out there to help guide you if you're going to DIY it.
Oh, seems everyday is a school day. I’m sure that’s what they said. Maybe they meant the bladder is not repairable and a new one was needed. 🤔
Can you point me to a video? Thanks
Older pikes you can just replace the bladder (comes in the service kit), newer ones you need to buy an assembly from RS, or buy and aftermarket bladder (WSS). Bladder replacement is in the older service manudal
OK, looks like it is removable with a 5/8" bit socket according to Section 19 in the 2014 Pike service manual. Doesnt look like the later manuals cover the removal of the bladder from the coupler or top cap ("which ever comes off first").
Pike bladder is no problem acquiring, the Lyrik on you had Carl is not something they sell or supply.
You could by the new bladder assembly or the full service kit - which comes with a new bladder and all the new O-rings etc. They looks to be about the same price. Having just finished a pike rebuild today, if I was you, I would go with the full service kit and do everything while you are digging about.
