Been chatting to friends about my upcoming 40th birthday and we've decided to have a couple of days and nights where we can have few nice beers at night and some good riding through the day (trail centre maybe). been to keswick for a couple of weekends recently and did whinlatter which was brilliant but want a change. The alps is too expensive. any ideas?

Either GT/Inners area or North Wales would seem to be the obvious suggestions for a trail centre weekend?

GT / Inners has plenty bang for your buck over a couple of days. No idea about going out in the area though.
