Yes - maybe 12-18 months ago and they were very helpful and efficient. It was for mail order hire of a demo ISM saddle and then return of demo and purchase.
I bought 2 expensive saddles and they refunded the demo deposit against the purchase price before I'd returned the demo one (if that makes sense). Would use them again without hesitation.
Spooky that I just mentioned them in another thread (I don't know them, honest!)
