who uses them? any good?? looking at the 'power' version they have on CRC for cheap http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=34655

Good tyres but that's a really heavy version of them.

yeah i spotted the weight, but it's for a rear tubeless jobby so reckon it'd be nice & tough. not particularly arsed about weight anyway.

Got a set of the normal ones, they work very well and grip brilliantly in the dry or on rocky terrain (they don't mind wet stuff either). They roll really well also. However introduce a bit of mud and they start to struggle a bit.

ran them at the Dyfi enduro and they were fine (except that really muddy descent near the end).

cool, thanks. gonna give it a whirl. i'll be testing it out in the pyrenees in a couple of weeks so sounds like it could be perfect!

Found mine to be quite 'drifty',OK as long as you know its going to happen.

Had a pair and really didn't get on with them. Gave out to suddenly, and imo had very little feel.

Stick to High Rollers or Nobby Nics.

Several of the guys I ride with run them and swear by them year round, not tried them myself

'ok'. spin the rear up on the SS in cold ( 10degrees ) and wet on the road climb to our local spot though.
