My Powertap hub got sent to them on the 12th April, for a service. It appears from my lbs that they have lost it or don't know where it is. I was told it would take about 10 days to three weeks.

Are they just generally useless?? If you work there or know someone who does can you try to get on top of the situation as I am getting more than frustrated now about it.

Any other bad experiences?

I presume your LBS used a tracked delivery so they'll be able to see when it was delivered & signed for by someone at Paligap?

Have had no bothers at all with Paligap, they've always been great both on the sales and the warranty/service side of things (I work in a shop)

Sorted now thanks. Sounds like it had arrived and had been serviced at some stage but just got lost there. Nightmare.
