Have a charge scoop on my ti hardtail and its comfy as hell (after getting used to it), so bought another for my fs...but 1st ride out on it today was really painful. Thought the rear suspension would have made it even comfier?

Could it be related to bike fit i.e. longer and shorter tts between the two changing how I sit?

Anyone else suffered anything similar with this?

Similar experience with a Flite many years back, put it down to spending far more time out of the saddle on the hardtail (a Pace RC200, always felt you got more out of it by riding hard out of the saddle).

That'll be it. Tend to hover over the bumpy stuff on the HT and be lazy with FS and stay sat down the majority of the time.

I discovered today that the reason why I suffered "down there" on a century road ride last week was because the saddle was twisted 2-3 degrees off centre.

Make sure you've checked the basics!
