Hi - can anyone recommend padded under shorts that'll survive daily commutes?
I've got a couple of pairs of the Endura's but the foam insert quickly becomes as thin as cardboard.

After something with a bit more longevity.

I got a set of Schwinn undershorts that seem to be lasting pretty well, they are a bit like boxers only bigger.

Like these (not me selling them)

I've got some sugoi one's that are bloody lovely. They're a kind of meshed lycra, so better for wearing underneath something. gets a bit mangled on contact with velcro, but seem to be holding up well apart from that. I'll see if they've got a name when I get home.

My Altura pro gels are lasting pretty well - 12 month plus, plenty of washes.

Craft are good if you don't want full on lycras, they dry quick after washing and are more resiliant than they look (mesh version)

I've a couple of sugoi ones - called recaro or something v similar. As NedR says, they're meshed lycra but (my ones at least) same fit a bike shorts or maybe slightly shorter on the leg

not sure you can get 'em any more though
