There is a little oxidisation on the inside corners of my brake rotors, should this affect the overall performance of the brakes...?

If they're avid rotors, prepare for a little to turn into a lot..... but conversely also prepare for 'care' to turn into 'not care' at about the same rate.

alot of oxidisation, i.e flaking is probably slightly more of a worry. stop looking at it and ride it. 😀
