Drove up and over through Llanidloes yesterday on the way back from Machynlleth to Ludlow, and kept on passing signs for this trail as it weaved over the road and into the hills again and again. Some searching shows that it's a long distance trail, with plenty of footpath/bridleways.
Anyone ridden this route from Knighton-Mach-Welshpool before?
Nicely.

Much of it is footpath ... you'ed have to make quite a few detours to ride it. It would possibly be easier to just make up your own route.
