[Closed] Over and above service, J’s Cycleshack.

Just a quick post to thank J’s cycleshack and Scott Sports for outstanding service with a warranty claim.

People are quick to complain but less quick to praise these days so thought I’d post.

Unfortunately my 3.5 year old Scott Spark RC gained a crack in the bottom bracket shell. Ideally this would not happen obviously, but J’s sorted all of the warranty actively and without complaint, going above and beyond what I thought would happen. They stripped and rebuilt the bike for no charge to me in under a week in a no doubt busy workshop.

Not all warranty posts are doom and gloom!
