Just posting to tell you about a great service from Orange Bikes for their very good service.

After running my new Five frame since March this year I had an issue with the paint finish, so I stripped down the bike and sent back to them via a very reputable carrier. After a few conversations on timescales I ended up with a brand new frame (within 1-2 weeks), frame returned,couple of scuffs on headset and btm brkt(not by me, maybe by carrier), they have agreed to replace headset cups and upgraded btm brkt FOC (not damaged by them according to them), replaced a Juicy lever FOC (damaged by me removing from bars)(RRP 70 squid). What a great service!!

All I am saying is, I am more than happy to praise up a service where it is due and also Orange are a British manufacturer and gave a great personal service (One to One).

I had the same kind of problem with the paint on an 09 Trek Ex8. Sent it back to Trek and they replaced it with a 2010 EX9 frame.....wahoooo! It's nice to get a good service.
