Does anyone have the new 180mm V2 post yet? Mine arrived last week. Trying to shim it down to 170 but the shim wont go in. No space underneath the bushing. Very frustrating. The youtube vids make it look simple. Is the technique different for a v2?

Does the V2 not use brass bushes to restrict the height rather than the bit of plastic on the V1?

Yep...just bloody realised. Not only that they come in the box! Seatpost now shimmed...and £10 wasted on a v2 shim set. Feeling a bit daft. The brass shims are excellent though !
