So On One have Crossmark LUST 2.1 in Black and White (whatever that means, I assume not white tread??) for £24 and Geax Saguaro 2.2 for £15.. need a nice summery high volume rear tyre, so which of the two is bigger, or wins the STW vote?

Yeah, I'm darn sarf and don't really need the tread thanks, just the volume to cushion the back of the hardtail a bit.

Had very bad experience with a GEAX TNT tyre running tubeless, that was a Datura though. The kevlar of the bead unravelled and peeled away from the sidewall. Went with a bang when landing a small jump. 🙁

From memory, I think the Crossmark is a faily small tyre in volume terms.

Smorgasbord is good tubeless as tmb467 says, and it's not that big a tread.
