I salute the fact that despite all the wrongness bolted to it, it's still the frame that's the most horrible part.

I was out on Sunday night and this older gent (60s maybe?) rolls up on a supermarket full susser. I take no notice but he parks it up on the other side of the wall I'm sitting on and I notice that the seatpost has been, err, modified. It's been cut in two horizontally, then 2 badly cut plates roughly welded onto the stump of post, facing backwards, one each side, then the top half weded back on between them, to extend the set backwards. I've never seen anything more dangerous looking!
