What's your budget? On-one are knocking out an inbred build at £799 IIRC

Kona Unit - looks lovely in raw steel.

You mull over more bikes than Hora 😯

You might find a good price on 2012 El Mariachis as the 2013s are due to land soon.

I'd be tempted to contact someone like 18bikes and see what they could put together on a Cotic Solaris for 'delivery to you built'?

Unless you're dead set against Alu then look at the Kinsesis FF29er too.

Surly Ogre, Surly Karate Monkey (if you want singlespeed), Genesis Fortitude, Salsa El Mariachi in a few different specs, Niner might do a complete one?

Seemed to like the On-One in last months (?) mag (of course they did!). IIRC they said it was a bit on the heavy side and would have been well suited to big bars/short stem/seat down and just mashing down stuff. Does seem tempting for the price though...
