one fall through ice (oh to have had the camera ready!),one puncture,muddy wet trails and 5 degrees (woo hoo!) and walnut cake

clearly the camera just doesn't do justice to the severity of the gradient and immense speeds achieved!

it's clearly a question of prioritising, lights would be great in the dark but with a flat tyre i really should buy some levers and a pump first!
