Like SPD cleats, which come with the pedals not the shoes, are CL lock rings supplied with the hub or the disc please? 🙂
They didn't come with my hubs, just a rubber cover, so assume they come with the disc.
They're just a cassette lock ring though so if you've got one of them lying around it will do the job.
I think I might have a couple lying round if you want them?

They come with the discs normally.
well...if you have novatec CL hubs (eg on one/planet x) then they come with the hub as they are different to the shimano type. The Novatec hubs were universal and you could just swap the CL fitting for a 6 bolt one.
But yes, shimano seem to supply them with the discs as the lower spec ones have boring silver ones but the XT and XTR ones have nicer looking ones.
If you use Shimano 15mm or 20mm axle front hubs the lockrings come with the hub.
