Went out for a road ride on Sunday, only 50 miles, however after about 100 miles I start getting a numb left hand - mainly around the index finger/thumb. I've had it before and don't think too much about it - I know I need to fiddle with my road bike setup but just haven't had time.
Last night I went out on my xc bike and the same thing happened. About 40 minutes into the ride my left hand starts to go numb.
I can understand one bike not being set up properly and causing the problem. But both? Not really sure where to start looking to alleviate the cause.
Leave the Internet alone? 😉

thumb index and middle finger could be the start of Carpel Tunnel.

Mainly around the index finger then extends to the thumb. I try moving my hand position around a bit which helps a little. But the numbness soon comes back.
