Stick to the trails in the Yorkshire Wolds in the spring and autumn - they get very overgrown during the summer, we also got mobbed by wasps after riding past a wasps nest, very unpleasant ๐Ÿ™

You should be alright on the Moors though.

The Moors are mainly long, boring, trafic free, farm tracks for mile after mile with little to aleviate the boredom, followed by 500m of steep techy singletrack, a painfull climb up the other side and more farm track.

Guisbrough woods and the surrounfing areas has plenty of good simgletrack, but you'd need a local to find it (it's a bit like Swinely, but with a hill). Only downside is the trail-pixies have a penchant for building the trails as close to vertical as posible, so unless you're good at rolling down super steep tracks then it can seem like a lot of climbing.
