Anyone done this themselves? Tricky for a competent home mechanic?
I've changed the bearings in a Blur.
Not that difficult.
I made a bearing puller from a bolt and some steel plate.

did this recently. You NEED to use the loctite that comes with the pro kit, and the new seals. If you push the bearings in without aligning them properly, you might get a weeks riding out of them. Make sure they are all aligned the right way round too. You'll notice a notch in the bearings. Take note which way round the old ones are. If in any doubt Jungle are really useful. Ben is the star for all things tech!
TBH its quite involved and I think you need special tools therefore its probably an lbs job, since the frames are also quite expensive.
