Oh my.... I think I've fallen in love with a 29er.
a) How much do they weigh? I'm guessing the rigid SS - which is the one I like, wouldn't go much more than about 17-18lb with some decent (not weight-weenie territory) kit on?
b) Has anyone ridden them? What do they ride like?
c) Does anyone want to buy one of my kidneys so I can afford one?

Sub 18lbs should be doable.
My 18" Ti 29er SS is 20.1lbs with the same forks.
Also has Mavic TN719s and tubed tyres. so saving a pound on the frame weight and another on the wheels and tyres should be no problemo.
it still wouldn't look right with the niner forks though
That's gotta be a light frame if it's 1lb lighter than ti.
