Ordered a Sanderson breath on line Tuesday night arrived today with note saying I hope I enjoy the frame, a bike mag and a chupa chups lolly and some free lube. Nice service that,

Lol, cheers for the offer of a pint, but no need was only messing about the lolly. Receiving a bike that has been assembled correctly, delivered when you said it would be is worth more than a lolly. So was the discussion about sizing and your advice that came during my ordering process.

Had better service from your bike shop, 300 miles away than I get at my local one 3 miles away.

Ps are planning on getting any moonlanders in? Could be an order coming your way early next year.

We may well do. Pugs are coming in as normal but we have neglected to order Moonlanders. I'll be honest, we are looking to products where we can make some money to sustain a business and sadly things like that don't really do it. They tie up a lot of cash and in a busy city location like ours we can sell something else for more return if that makes sense.

However, as they are so much fun we will keep on with a small amount of Fat stuff.

There does seem to be a mini epicentre of fat in EL.

Had great service from The Bike Chain. Ordered an avid piston/seal kit thinking it would be both pistons. Only one arrived so I rang up and asked whether a bit was missing. Fair enough, they only come individually, so I ordered another one. Got a phone call about an hour later saying that they couldn't find out from their supplier whether they're actually meant to come as singles or as a pair, so they'd refund me for the second one and send it out anyway ๐Ÿ˜€

Ran out. Brad ate them all. Started last week with a whole tub and the bugger has cleaned them all out! Got some wee high 5 thingys now though.

Might have to bring forward the Xmas themed freebies...

Just to add further praise, they were my LBS for a year and extremely helpful.

Now living on the other side of town with 7 (i think) bike shops within a mile of my flat, still find myself pootling across town for bits and pieces.
