Does doing it on a tandem mean they can effectively work in shifts, with one person having a nap or maybe cooking lunch without losing valuable time by stopping ? ๐Ÿ˜€

Does the captain have to have a drool-shield on his back?

Also - bin dun (albeit with a less obvious title)

Maybe they'll head back for a warm down on the 4 seasons Fred Whitton.

The epic tri was another ballgame entirely
Any one of the 3 activities is massive in itself. To do all three back to back was just, well, epic.
