Finally got the Shan built up after a week away, and waiting for a proper press for the BB92 bottom bracket, which hopefully will free up a bit as it's pretty stiff atm. Feels slack. Going to Cannock to give it a shakedown in't morning.

Paint is a thing of loveliness, BB92 BB less so.... ๐Ÿ˜†

Top tube looks mahooosive.
But in a world of grey...I thinks its ace.

Very nice that. I'd never heard of them so just been poking around their site.
I'd quite like a Gulf coloured bike someday.

Fat tubes for cro-mo - I guess that's why it weighs 5.7lb!
I hope you give it the thrashing it deserves!

It needs mad coloured wheels too. The black look positively staid.

Nice bike though...

nice!

Make sure you take all your tools to Cannock, for when every bolt works loose.

Bike looks lovely. Garden wall needs some attention. Personally i've always quite fancied a flouro green orange five didn't realise they also did a greeny biege ๐Ÿ™‚

Alex, haven't weighed it, but there's certainly some 'heft' not too bad compared to the Chameleon it's replacing but still enough. Plus the lyriks, and the tyres aren't light either.

Probably 30-31lbs easily

Absolutely brilliant. Love it.
Fence needs varnishing.

I reckon colour matched forks would look the nuts on that bike in particular

Excellent, I really like it.

I think it's one if those 'marmite' things, you either love it or hate it. But personally I think the old, somewhat dilapidated look works well for that wall.

The bike's nice too.

God, that's lovely. The new Evil Sov I reckon, I'm sure it'll be excellent.

Is that a pair of orange 5's behind it in the first pic?

Stu I believe it is and the new prototype xc bike to the left in that new faux wood style looks good too.

Garden tidier than mine.
