I remember picking up my new Blur back in May this year, was well excited and that first ride was amazing but every ride since has been even better! Best bike I have ever ridden, enjoy your Nomad

Awaiting outcome and whatever 2012 may bring ๐ฏ
Might just have loadsa time to bike but nae money to do so โก
Yup, a KTM 950 Supermoto R.
Not tomorrow, but just finished building today.
Nice Nomad carbon. Happy days.
I put a longer stem on my road bike, I'm so excited
Why the change from the Heckler Rob??
Not collecting, ordering... Almost as exciting!
t2s - gift horse ๐ also the slack angles of the nomad ๐ oh and a push tuned DHX5
New to me last week , a rocky mountain altitude 140mm full sus .
How long before he chops it in for a 120mm XC bike/Hardtail/29er/140mm trail bike, etc.?
How many bikes or frames have you had over the last 2 or 3 years? I know of at least 4 - Prophet, Giant, Ragley and Heckler and now Gnomad. ๐

Not sure what the question is, what is it?
After six weeks waiting, this arrived today. ๐ Just finished building it up. Dropped the 3 rings and added a chain guide. Had to get a new rear rotor as it was badly bent and the front end needs a bit of fettling. Took it for a wee blip and she likes the wheelies and is not as gate-like as I feared.

I oiled my chain today. Beyond awesome quite frankly. It now moves. Genius!
Enjoy your new bikes people.
I'm still in (very drawn out) bike selling mode (anyone want an old school fixie? ๐ )
Just wishing I had more time to ride - maxing out at 2.5 hours a week ๐
I would buy a new bike, except why downgrade?
No this weekend but last weekend my Jamis Bam downhill bike arrived 8 inch travel both ends am off to launch bike park PA for a day of lift assisted d/hilling and fettling of said travel, maybe getting a fat bike come jan if the snows come, ah the joys of staff discount working in a bike shop makes up for the not so great pay
Yes, just collected my new Giant Trance. Yes, I know they're common as, but its my first full suspension so I'm excited!
Front end sorted. Now to get her dirty

That's the way I seem to be headed too. At least you live somewhere with great biking already though!
But seriously, hope it works out for you.
So to balance out this thread, I just scrapped a bike, to remove the constant temptation of upgrading it.
New Stumpjumper FSR Comp arrived last friday.....No time to try it out but then again dont want to get it dirty!
Bike is now build minus a front mech so will have to wait for its first ride ๐ Road bike here i come
Front mech? Pffftt... Take it out as a 9 or 10 speed.
I'll be ordering my new frame tomorrow. Excited about that
I see another forum name change coming on...
New to me frame and forks to replace my previous commuter/ winter ride that met it's demise last week. A rapid transfer of parts and quick shake down ride yesterday morning, and just about to get a few moist hours in today. Oh, new blade for the hacksaw required to finish the build.
I have a Nomad with Lyriks. I'm going to ride it in a minute. I should have been picking up my new tallboy today but that won't be till Tues now. I am still awfy excite!
Lol, I did have a Nomad with Lyriks until yesterday (could well be related to the original post) and the new frame I'm getting on Tuesday is a Tallboy. I'm proper looking forward to it
People tell me the tallboy will make the nomad redundant but I see it more replacing 2 hard tails. If the tallboy can do what the nomad does or rather I can do the same trails on it, I'll be both delighted and gutted at the same time!
