My daughter has outgrown her Frog 69 bike and I'm looking around for a new bike for her. Needs to be a mountain bike, but it doesn't need to have any form of crap suspension.
max budget is c.£500. Any ideas?
I’m buying a Cube frame from bikediscount.de - at around £80, after seeing a post on here. Wouldn’t take many existing spares - if any to build up a rigid 26” frame up for £500. That’s what I’m doing for my 146cm daughter.
I built my daughters bike up for around 500.
Got a new ragley marley frame for 100 then the rest off ebay including some not bad rockshox forks for 70.
We’ve just bought a Specialized Rockhopper ( can’t remember which model)for our daughter which I think is around your budget. Comes with a basic Suntour fork but it works pretty well. Hydraulic disc brakes, too.
The new Frog mtb range? Think they do a Frog 72 mtb...looks good.
