Cyclocross, there are a couple of leagues, no idea on mtb.

There's a North East XC Series, but I think they might be done for the year now.

Define north east?, like newcastle way or further south?

Northumberland, County Durham. Possibly into Scotland.

There used to be a wee series at Kielder, are they still running?

North Pennines MTB marathon should be on next year as a one-off. crossing Cross Fell and beyond...

Ther guys that run the winter TLI CX series (NECCL) run a summer MTB series, but that finished two weeks ago

turn up and race your mtb at CX this winter. Two series to chose from,
CXNE which is British Cycling,
and NECCL which is TLI.

In short, no. but you have most of them covered above.

There was a mtb league run by Bedlington (Muddy Mondays) through the summer but I don't know if that happened this year.

There was also a race cancelled at Chopwell because of NIMBYs but there was one in the same series at Hamsterley?

There were Enduros and mini downhills. One on the Penshaw monument and another at Kielder. Probably loads of downhills at Hamsterley.

Yeah, it's the Friday night series (first and last race were on a Saturday though). Dan Small organised it (via British Cycling). It was a good laugh, and should be back for a third year next spring.
