I've asked this before, had replies, forgot replies. 🙄
Anyway, American film from the 90's or mebbe late 80's? 4 kids who go on a bit of a rampage & get chased by the cops at the end. they then go over the county line & think theyve got away, but smash into the side of a freight train.
