Put my filth bike away at the end winter and now need to get it out again!
I'm sure the lock out lever was working when I parked it. Now it doesn't make any difference whatsoever.
I think the shock is stuck in the middle position and still rides perfectly with no rebound issues.
When the lock out on my forks didn't work it was due to lack of oil. Would my shock be the same?

Same thing happened to mine
Sealing on monarchs is pretty rubbish ime, mine was full of muddy water after a few mouths of winter riding
Sram claimed it had been jetwashed (im too lazy for that business)
A home service should sort it temporarily
Then replacing it with a fox will fix it permanently

Same issue here. Sent it back and replaced under warranty.
