Whos is riding and what distance?
I am still uncecided but its only been 2 weeks since a knee athroscopy so porbably the hour this week..

I am doing the two hour (for my sins). I am still to think up a good excuse for my poor performance! 🙂

ha ha, yeah I guess my post read like that... I rode last night and I really dont have any excuse it felt fine. So no excuse where I finish is exactly how fast I am.

Was doing it but realised I have double booked myself with the London to Southend
