Hi

I've been wondering about using a bender fender as a rear mudgaurd on my Stumpjumper FSR, anyone done this? Am I being daft or cunning?

I thought it might help to keep the pivots from getting sprayed and also hopefull me too 🙂

Cheers

Yep, done it to my remedy and it works well. I just cut a couple of slots in it for zip ties and trimmed to suit. Takes about 10 mins.

I tried this on my Mondraker, spent the afternoon carefully trimming it to go round the front mech. Lasted about ten minutes before it got removed to the first bin I could find!!

My hubby has one on his Enduro and loves it. I end up kicking it a lot when I climb on his bike as its too big for me (the bike) and it's fine and just jumps back into position

I used one of those Zefal ones a bit different to how it was intended.
