I've been reading reviews on lights and mtbbatteries stood out with STWers praising both product and great customer service.
Well cheers everyone as I emailed Mark this morning to ask for some advice as I wanted it to double up as a head torch. Mark responded telling me I needed the Lumen800 within an hour so it's ordered, job done. It wasn't their dearest product and is on sale so all good. Big thumbs up for http://www.mtbbatteries.co.uk/mountain-bike-lights/
I emailed him last weekend and got a response within hours regarding a charger fault from a 2015 purchase and had a replacement charger by Tuesday.
Aye, they did a custom battery for my hybrid light recently.
Super quick, and it's a lovely little thing which runs my light for ages.
Bought a couple of light sets and after-market batteries for me and friends. Top service, excellent communications, good prices and plenty of onward recommendations.
Totally agree - I have the 'V2' XML Light.
It does everything I need 8)
Repaired my Gloworm battery , nothing was too much trouble would top top guy .
Agree with all of the posters here, tremendous service. I had an issue with my lightset - Hope head unit with an MTB Batteries battery - all sorted out quickly - it was the connector, no issue with the battery at all but still done without question. Very happy to buy from them again out of principle.
hate to say it, but best light ever used by myself. better than my old troutlight, which also was awesome.
