What's it like? I've never been before and keen to try it. Are there many marked trails, what's the terrain like and is there enough to entertain you for a weekend?

The FOD have a pretty good website which is a good place to start - http://thefod.co.uk/# but there's plenty of trails to explore over a weekend.

Masses of riding down there. Almost all of it hidden away though, needing someone with some local knowledge.
There are a couple of waymarked trails though, including the new blue route which is actually pretty good fun.
